Relationship Between Rural Financial Development Impact On Economic Growth Research,in Shanxi Province

The rural economy occupies the important position in the whole national economy.The rural finance in the rural market economy occupies an important position in the allocation of resources,promote rural economic development has great.At present,shanxi rural economic development speed is relatively slow,the serious phenomenon of "financial repression",the rural financial supply and rural financial demand imbalance,the backward rural financial system restricts the development of rural economy.Under the long-term system of dual economic structure,how to promote the rural economy and rural financial development to become a very important research subject.This paper mainly from two aspects:theoretical and empirical research to analyze the rural financial impact on rural economic development in shanxi province,China.First of all,this article selected topic background and significance,research status at home and abroad are summarized,on the basis of summarizing the theory,analyzed in detail from the aspects of the rural supply and the demand of shanxi rural economic development present situation,summarizes the deficiency existing in shanxi rural economy and rural financial development.Secondly,in this paper,the relationship between the empirical test and analysis.This article selects in shanxi rural economic growth and the relationship between rural financial development as the research object,select monthly economic data of shanxi province from 2005 to 2015,using co-integration test and Granger causality test for empirical research,and through the VAR model,impulse response and variance decomposition to reveal the dynamic relationship between the two.Results show that the shanxi rural financial development and there is no long-term equilibrium relationship between rural economic growth,which has significant effects on rural economic growth,rural financial development and rural economic growth less impact on the financial development,and the short-term effect is negative.Finally,according to the result of theoretical and empirical test.and from different angles puts forward some effective countermeasures,summarizes the main research conclusions and do further research prospect.
