| For a long time China’s garment enterprises has been in a weak position,the majority of enterprises to participate in market competition is the main way to OEM mode.In recent years,some excellent domestic garment enterprises with their own brand awareness,outsourcing production links will be located in the low-end of the value chain,specializes in product design and development and sales channels the business chain,with high added value.However,due to production outsourcing for enterprises in terms of quality management,there are some problems difficult to solve,that is to say the production outsourcing is a complex production activities.This article chooses BYL enterprise as the research object,through field interviews and on-the-spot investigation to all relevant functional departments of the company,records the actual situation in the management work in detail,classifies,analyzes and analyzes the research data,Product quality management status quo and some existing problems,to provide the basis for further analysis.By using the theory of production outsourcing and total quality management,this paper analyzes the problems of BYL’s quality management practice of outsourcing products production.From the aspects of supplier selection and elimination system,the design of procurement contract,the system and procedure of product quality inspection,the after-sale service and complaint handling system The reasons for the analysis,to find BYL outsourcing product quality management to enhance the program,and put forward the appropriate outsourcing product quality management implementation and protection measures.This article on the BYL in the quality management of outsourcing products research,which provides theoretical basis and guidance for the company to improve the quality of the products in order to enhance the company’s outsourcing,outsourcing product quality level and has an important role to create high-quality,high-grade,high-tech products,but also for the outsourcing of product quality management by other enterprises in the same industry to provide reference. |
