Indonesia is one of ASEAN country that located on the equator so the climate and the weather is tropical which rich of many kinds of nature resources.China is a big country that has very high population and fast economy development.Indonesia and China have a good bilateral cooperation relationship since long time ago because a lot of Indonesia people is from Chinese blood,and nowadays a lot of Indonesian work and study in China.Since Indonesia is a maritime country that has a lot of sea area,agricultural sector is one of the strongest sector for this country.Natural resource that most important be needed in China is Palm Oil,this is because Palm Oil become more useful for food and non food industries and this country has a lot of population.So that,these both countries have a good bilateral relationship that make demands meet supplies.In Indonesia site,Palm Oil is also major Industry sector that has strong impact of economy development even can influence foreign exchange in this country.The purpose in this paper is to analyze how to enhance productivity of export product such as Palm Oil become more efficient and can answer the demands,and also how to maintain good cooperation between these two countries as consider still has a lot of competitors and subtitution products.Due to some basic theories and some statistic data as reported,Indonesia make an effort to manage human resources,infrastructures,and other sectors that influence export Palm Oil to China.
