Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Village-level Financial Management Under The Background Of Rapid Urbanization

Rural financial management involves the immediate interests of the broad masses of China's peasants,and it has gradually become a research hotspots in academic circles,through analysing the present state of China's rural financial management,the existing problems and causes,these researches put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Along with the economic development,China's urbanization process is increasingly accelerating,but the rural financial management work in many areas is not up to standard,yet the accelerated development of rural economy brought by the advance of urbanization has put forward higher requirements to the rural financial management level,at the same time,the peasants at the process of urbanization are also eager to maintain their own interests by standardizing rural financial management.Therefore,the empirical study on the rural financial management in the circumstance of rapid urbanization can on the one hand enrich the academic research in this area,on the other hand provide ideas and reference for the practical solution to similar problems.This dissertation based on an empirical study of the rural village-level financial management under the background of rapid urbanization,through the methods of questionnaire,field survey,literature research and statistical data analysis,etc.it summarized the problems including the uncompleted implementation of systems in rural financial management under the background of rapid urbanization,hindering the orderly progress of urbanization,the backward financial management level,the misfit for the financial management requirements after urbanization,the degree financial disclosure is not high,easily causing social contradictions,severe loss of collective assets and weak ability to preserve and increase value and so on.This dissertation also analyzes the causes of these problems combined with the reality of rural financial management in urbanization,and according to these reasons,it put forward some suggestions on standardizing rural financial management during urbanization through the aspects of establishing the modern enterprise management system,strengthening accounting foundation,standardizing the financial accounting process,perfecting the democratic financial supervision mechanism,innovating and developing the collective economy.
