Research On The Standardization Of Financial Management Of G Company Based On GEM Listing Oriented

Financial management is an important part of enterprise management activities.Disciplined financial management is a prerequisite for a successful IPO.Under the new situation of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",a large number of high-tech enterprises emerge.These enterprises,in the process of development,will meet financial management problems,such as: statements can't reflect enterprise's real profit,internal control is invalid,etc.Therefore,it is a practical issue to study how high-tech enterprises improve their financial management.This paper selects a new high-tech enterprise G Company which is seeking to be listed on GEM as the research object.The problems of G in the process of financial normalization are common to the general high-tech enterprises,and the measures of standardization of financial management are of great reference value and practical guidance to the general high-tech enterprises.In this paper,we have a deep analysis of the financial situation of G,and find out the problems that G has in financial management.To solve these problems,this paper studies the concrete measures of G,analyzes the effect of G's financial management.Based on the above research and analysis,we have refined the universal solution,and provided the strategy of solving financial problems and dealing with the financial non-standard for the small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises that seek to be listed on the GEM.
