Twenty-first Century is the service economy times,the competition between enterprises has grown from a simple product price and quality sense of competition.become the service competition,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to customer service field.The warranty is a customer service,mainly by product manufacturers,retailers and independent warranty providers to purchase products customer a customer service agreement,with effect from the date of the sale of products.When the product failure occurs during the warranty period,it can be used as a kind of guarantee between suppliers and customers.For the convenience to customers to provide satisfactory after-sales service,sometimes some enterprises to set up after-sales service point,but there are serious quality problems in the product,you need to return to the product manufacturer or a higher level of maintenance center maintenance.Considering the above factors,enterprises want to optimize the after-sales service network with network system must issue the site of the above facilities conducted after-sales logistics network construction.In view of the above problems,the main research work of this paper is reflected in the following three aspects:(1)Introduces the background and significance of this study,logistics network,warranty service,review the literature and theory of operation of after-sales warranty service,the uncertain planning theory and multi object planning theories related to comb.(2)Combined the after-sales warranty and logistics network based on customer warranty time delay cost utility and logistics network construction cost as two objectives,based on the retail single service after-sale warranty logistics network model and based on composite retail service of after-sales guaranteed repair logistics network model.(3)Through the practical application,analyzes the effect of of as a company take the retail single point of service and retail point of composite services on the cost of warranty provider,it is concluded that a company is more suitable for construction of retail point of composite service after-sale warranty logistics network.The validity and reliability of the model are verified,and the practical significance of the research is demonstrated visually..The research to the enterprise to provide a more effective and fit the actual after-sales warranty logistics network to the operation management of the enterprise have draw lessons from a meaning,and provide some guidance for follow-up study.
