Research On Financial Management Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises

Small and medium-sized enterprises play a vital role in urban and rural employment,which is the main driving force of China’s social and economic growth.Ministry of industry and information technology electronic science and technology right now for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,such as the Internet has carried on the investigation and statistics,the data showed that "Internet +" index is 32.1,showing that the development of small and medium-sized enterprises are in the primary Internet application period.Therefore,it is of high theoretical value and realistic significance to explore the financial budget management mode suitable for the operation,management,survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises under the Internet situation.Based on the financial management of small and medium-sized Internet enterprises in China,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the structure,content,implementation and monitoring of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.This paper elaborates and introduces the national policy support and the cognition of enterprise management personnel.In this paper,the current Internet small and medium enterprises existing and potential problems in the financial budget management has carried on the detailed elaboration,based on the actual conditions,the Internet development of small and medium-sized enterprises targeted construct suitable for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises of financial budget management system,optimize the financial management mode and process,improve the budget management in small and medium-sized enterprise internal work.Finally,through the analysis of R company,is proposed in this paper in view of the company to strengthen the construction of the Internet,small and medium enterprises financial informatization,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions of improvement and perfect financial process,hope these ideas can promotes the development of small and medium-sized enterprise budget management in our country construction.
