R & D Management System Optimization For Company T Based On Lean Thinking

Company T is a technology enterprise in the field of electrical control.With the increasingly fierce market competition,the company needs to enhance its own competitive advantage through the promotion of R&D level urgently.Based on lean thinking and inno-perfection R&D,the R&D management system of company T has been lucubrated.Firstly,this thesis sorts out the current R&D process of the company,analyzes the main problems during the R&D process and their causes,then it evaluates the current R&D level of the company by using the lean R&D maturity assessment method.It obtains present situation diagnostic results that the general R&D level of the company is relatively low and the development is lopsided,and the process,quality,knowledge and other aspects need to be optimized and improved vigorously.Secondly,using the research results as a starting point and taking into consideration of the company strategy,the thesis formulates the optimization scheme for company T's R&D management system,following the principles of overall planning,step-by-step implementation and continuous improvement,and according to the planning steps of present situation diagnosis,long term goal,medium term plan and near future plan.Finally,institute A,a departmental level pilot unit of R&D management system,was selected.The near future plan of the optimization scheme has been implemented in institute A.The plan of institute A mainly focuses on the optimization of process,quality,knowledge and other core business and the adjustment about function and management mode of the organization,in order to promote the rapid development of mode transformation and the formation and competitive advantage effectively.After a period of optimization and improvement in the R & D management system,the R & D efficiency of institute A has been improved greatly.Based on the implementation of the plan,the practical experience of the company to implement fully the optimization scheme of R & D management system has been accumulated.At the same time,the lean optimization research results of R & D management system are useful as a reference for the practice of the related industries and enterprises.
