| The global macro-economic downturn,the volatility of the oil industry and the impact of new energy technologies have made the competition between the oil industry further exacerbated.Therefore,for oil enterprises,it is a necessary measure for the long-term development of the company to improve its fine management level and enhance its competitiveness.In addition,the arrival of the era of big data also provides favorable support for enterprises to achieve fine management.In this paper,Jingbian oil production plant as the research object,on the basis of field research,the company has a deep understanding of the current management status.The analysis results show that the fine management level of the company is relatively low,which focuses on three aspects:personnel management,cost management and risk management,mainly because there are too many subjective factors in the management process,which makes the accuracy and effectiveness of management affected.By combing related literature and related theories,based on the analysis of the status quo,this paper puts forward the optimization plan for the fine management of Jingbian oil production plant.Finally,the corresponding guarantee measures are put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of the scheme.Fine management can not be realized overnight,and the participation of employees is very important.Therefore,when implementing the optimization plan,we should give full consideration to the staffs idea,strengthen communication with employees,establish effective feedback mechanism,and improve the refined management level of the oil extraction plant. |
