Safety,the most important and basic needs of humans' lives,is an eternal theme.Safety production is not only the guarantee of people's life and health,but also the basis for the survival and development of enterprises.With widely economic globalization and rapid development of science and technology,more and more enterprises develop and grow stronger,resulting in the growth of demand for electricity,raise the demand for power companies.Electric power industry is an important fundamental industry,related to energy security,economic development and social stability.The safety and stability of power production is closely correspond to the national economy and people's livelihood.However,the national production safety situation of power industry and electric power enterprises is not optimistic,in recent years.Playing an important role and making a great contribution,electric industry is facing the problem of production safety accidents and poor safety production management,which seriously affect the long-term healthy development of enterprises.In this situation,more and more research on domestic production safety management,putting forward new ideas:establish and improve the intrinsic safety system,cultivate safety culture,carry out safety production standardization construction,implement the safety production responsibility system,improve emergency management,strengthen the occupation health supervision,indicating safety production management has become a hot research.This paper,based on above background,using case analysis method,comparative analysis method,adopting PDCA loop,optimized the safety management mode of A power plant based on optimized,and proposed a closed loop of management mode for the safety of this enterprise production.The new mode consists of responsibility to implement security investment,education and training,emergency handling,accident investigation and rectification of hidden dangers.The closed-loop management design,through the continuous operation of each closed-loop management system,improved the optimization of safety management work gradually.Finally,the effect evaluation was taken on the safety production management model after the optimization.Since the implementation of closed loop mode,A power plant accidents decreased significantly,the risk prevention and control system has been further strengthening.This research is an applied research on the safety management of A power plant.The results can be applied to the safety management of similar enterprises,and provide a reference for the optimization on the work safety management mechanism of other enterprises.
