As a means to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,service marketing is becoming more and more important,along with the severer competition.Under the current situation of the 4G Era,Services marketing of 4G product has an important effect on increasing share of the market and seizing the opportunity of 4G Era for SZ company(China Telecom SZ Branch).Based on this,this article research Services marketing of 4G products for SZ Company.Firstly,this paper introduces the present situation of China Telecom and present situation of services marketing on SZ Company.Then Confronted with the general situation of SZ Company,this paper analyzes its competitors,substitutes and potential entrants,suppliers and buyers by using the Five Forces Model for researching services marketing situation and market orientation of SZ Company.then analysis the advantages and disadvantages of SZ company in 4G era as well as opportunities and threats to be faced by SZ company in 4G era with SWOT analysis framework in order to Support service marketing strategy for SZ company.This paper proposes service marketing tactics for SZ Company from three aspects(differentiation competition,integrated service and user experience).Finally,in order to ensure these services marketing strategies,we also raise implementing guarantee of services marketing strategies from aspects of organizational structure optimization,Enterprise Culture construction,service recovery system construction and services marketing evaluation system construction.The development of this research fills up the deficiency of theory of service marketing theory of SZ Company,and pertinently makes marketing tactics and safeguards for SZ Company.We hope that it can provide the basic ideas and decision reference for the work of services marketing quality and market efficiency of SZ Company,and also provide some reference for other companies of China Telecom,through exploring on marketing tactics of SZ Company.
