With the continuous improvement of economic level,the role of enterprises in the community by the multi-party attention.China's enterprises are not a simple market organization,it is in the completion of its target profit at the same time bear the promotion of social and economic sustainable development.Today,many companies in order to obtain excess profits,at the expense of morality,and even violate the law,causing many social problems,the environment is contaminated,consumer rights continue to be infringed,how should such a problem should be avoided,which caused scholars and entrepreneurs,The study of corporate social responsibility began.Female groups are relatively in a disadvantage of social status,the traditional feudal ideas to make their lives are limited.Into the social work,the glass ceiling phenomenon hindered the development of women in the workplace,and now,the degree of openness of civilization,female consciousness gradually weak,more women are integrated into the community as their professional role,at the same time in the management sector has become a push Enterprise development essential force.In the study of the differences in the gender characteristics of the managers,it is found that female managers are born with "maternal" consciousness.They are keen on the care of the weak in the environment and love the public welfare.These characteristics are reflected in the"flexible" management behavior.It can be said that the unique personality traits and management style of women managers more or less affect the performance of corporate social responsibility.This study examines the impact of women's participation in management activities on corporate social responsibility by investigating gender characteristics,age characteristics and educational level.This paper uses the method of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to study the relationship between female managers and corporate social responsibility.First,the theory of concentric circles and stakeholder theory is clarified on the basis of the theory of corporate social responsibility.The necessity of joining women's management team is explained by the theory of individual cognitive limitations and the theory of resource dependence.The high-level theory is used to link the two Its impact mechanism.Secondly,by using the data of 150 enterprises listed in China's Shenzhen and Shanghai markets from 2011 to 2015,the author analyzes the influence process and influence degree of women's management on corporate social responsibility,puts forward the hypothesis to be studied,and establishes the multiple regression model To carry out inspection.It is found that when women join the management team,the implementation of corporate social responsibility has a positive impact.Although the performance of women in the case of very little is not obvious,but when a large proportion of femalemanagers exist,the more significant performance.The female demographic characteristics of the show,the older women managers,corporate social responsibility preferences stronger,while the education level is not significant relationship.Finally,according to the conclusion from different aspects of the norms of corporate social responsibility behavior recommendations to improve women's participation in social activities of concern.
