With the progress of our country economy development and social ideology, women are no longer just stay in the role of "Housewives" and "full-time wife", in every position of today’s social and economic development will appear to be of the female figure, "three from the four virtues", "male superiority" of social relations in quietly changing. At the same time, no matter what kind of work, what the industry attributes, women because of their innate characteristics, so that it is in the work of a lot of different places with men. Including the gradual rise of women executives in recent years, in the management style, decision-making methods, value orientation and men have a greater difference. Compared with men’s adventure, resolute and decisive and reckless, women are more likely to avoid risk, dedication, more adept at communication and the rich care plot. This makes women’s participation in the executives will have a greater impact on corporate social contribution and responsibility performance.Corporate social responsibility refers to the responsibility of enterprises to create value, to obtain profits, to share income with shareholders, to employees, customers, the environment and the public. Economic development is accompanied by the emergence of a variety of social problems, air pollution, water damage, these are the problems that have been discovered by the public as early as. In recent years, the problems caused by various human factors, such as "poison milk powder" "red egg" problem, are the consequences of the lack of social responsibility of enterprises. Ren Yuling, an economist at the China put forward eight corporate social responsibility standards:first, courtesy and honesty; second, scientific development; third, sustainable development; fourth, environmental protection; fifth, cultural construction; the sixth, the development of charity; the seventh, to protect the health of workers; the eighth, to develop science and technology. At the same time to do more than eight, in addition to the need for enterprises to have enough economic strength and comprehensive ability, the structure will also have an impact on the executive. No doubt, a more focus on public welfare, more concerned about the interests of the vital interests of the executive team will have a better performance in corporate social responsibility performance. And women just care about others, dedication to the community, both in the physical or psychological reasons, have a better performance. At present, there are a large number of domestic and foreign literature confirmed that women’s participation in the management of corporate social responsibility performance is positive correlation.In this study, in 2012,2013, China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares of listing Corporation as the research sample, using the run Ling global corporate social responsibility rating score, the establishment of the research model, the empirical analysis. First:the existence of a positive correlation between the existence of female executives and corporate social responsibility, and the number of women executives there is the number of corporate social responsibility of the performance of the better. The relationship between corporate social responsibility and the proportion of female executives showed no significant positive correlation, so the relationship between the proportion of social responsibility of enterprises and the existence of female executives for further reasoning and analysis; secondly, to test the senior women’s age, education to the positive impact on the relationship between executives and corporate social the responsibility of the will; finally, according to the above conclusion, the participation of women in executive of corporate social responsibility have a positive impact on a series of assumptions given support and affirmation, according to these conclusions, for enterprises to actively fulfill their social responsibilities a series of feasible suggestions from enterprise and government, female occupation, in order to provide some reliable and credible reference for the enterprise executive structure.
