Nowadays,the process of economic globalization is vigorous and intensifying,and the competition among enterprises has gradually changed.From the competition between relatively simple companies,gradually to more manufacturers,suppliers,retailers,etc.The main body of the supply chain competition.In this process,in order to enhance the competitiveness of the entire supply chain,it is necessary to rationally configure the logistics,capital flow and information flow in the supply chain,and supply chain finance will be born.In summary,in the supply chain financial services,commercial banks rely on the core companies in the entire supply chain,use the links between core companies and upstream and downstream companies,and reduce the upstream and downstream companies through information collection and processing of related companies in the supply chain.Financing risks,thereby providing them with comprehensive financial services.However,in carrying out supply chain finance business,credit grantees are often small and medium-sized enterprises upstream and downstream of core enterprises,so credit risk has become a prominent risk for commercial banks to carry out such business.In addition,the supply chain finance business has a wide range of sources of risk and many participants,so for the development of commercial bank supply chain finance in China,it is particularly important to establish a suitable credit risk assessment system.As an important and commonly used research method,this paper adopts a combination of theoretical research and case analysis,qualitative description and quantitative analysis to explore the credit risk of supply chain finance.This article begins with a literature review of the domestic and international research status of supply chain finance credit risk,and outlines the related theories.Subsequently,based on the case study of China CITIC Bank,this paper first sorted out the background of CITIC Bank,followed by its supply.The chain business model and its existing risks are analyzed in depth,and the quantitative KVM-Logit model of CITIC Bank's supply chain is tried to be analyzed using the Logit regression and KMV model and the more accurate KMV-Logit model formed.Conclusion The specific situation of China's commercial bank supply chain finance business is put forward,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the credit risk assessment of supply chain finance.Finally,we summarize the full text,point out the weaknesses of the research and try to give follow-up research suggestions.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,the supply chain finance approach can help companies,especially small and medium-sized enterprises,improve their financing capacity and help solve the financing difficulties of SMEs.Second,the factors affecting credit risk in supply chain finance are many,such as: Financing companies,core companies,supply chain operations,etc.Third,combining the complexities of supply chain finance credit risk,the Logit regression model based on the KMV model can be used as a modified model to introduce a credit risk control model to improve the accuracy of risk assessment.This paper proposes some solutions to the improvement of the risk control model and the establishment and improvement of the supply chain financial risk assessment system to help commercial banks to better develop the supply chain finance business in a safe and robust operating system and environment.
