With the development of economy and the diversity of financing investment,private equity investment fund not only in the rapid development of first-tier cities,in the private equity investment fund in Guangxi and other underdeveloped regions also showed the situation of increase year by year.While the rapid development of private equity funds,Guangxi has appeared due to the lack of supervision to the interests of private equity fund investors,the negative impact on the local economic development.This paper introduces the situation of Guangxi private equity investment fund and the existing problems,to explore effective ways to solve the Guangxi private equity investment fund regulatory issues,in order to provide useful ideas for the development of Guangxi private equity investment fund.Based on the existing private equity investment funds on the basis of the basic premise of the investment fund in combing the Guangxi private equity,starting from the regulatory framework of Guangxi private equity investment fund,the regulatory status of Guangxi private equity investment fund is analyzed from the regulatory body,regulatory basis,supervision three aspects,summed up the regulatory measures of Guangxi private equity investment fund and its regulatory effect,summed up the supervision of the Guangxi private equity fund,the regulatory basis is not perfect,administrative supervision effect,poor self-discipline supervision problems,and explores the causes of the problem and problem oriented study experience in other parts of the country on private equity supervision the investment fund,in Beijing,Guangdong,Zhejiang and other developed areas of the private equity investment fund Good experience was summarized on the basis of refining,effective experience in developed areas are put forward to improve the Countermeasures of Guangxi private equity investment fund regulatory issues,the conclusions drawn in this paper,from the introduction of relevant local laws and regulations,improve the regulatory basis,unified way to avoid multiple supervision and enhance the administrative supervision of financial measures,improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the increase the tax and regulatory measures,administrative supervision,information disclosure efforts to establish and improve the industry association so as to solve the existing problems of Guangxi private equity investment fund.
