The Conceptual Design And The Efficiency Analysis Of Commercial Banks' Improving Its Operating Ability

With the change of the economic situation and financial environment,the retail outlets of domestic commercial banks are facing more and more pressure.Especially the acceleration of the interest rate market process,the cross-border operation of Internet banking and the rise of the electricity supplier,which brought huge challenges to our traditional commercial banks retail outlets.At present,the management model of China's traditional retail banking outlets are still relatively single,and with the fierce external competition environment,the current management methods of retail banking outlets can not adapt to the market.As the important channel of banks to open up markets and earn profit,it is imperative for retail banking outlets to improve operating capacity.By combining theory with practice,the paper analyzes the present management situation of D bank in Putian commercial city and finds out the problems of its operation process through field investigation on a lot of theoretical basis and operating data,thus fully illustrates the urgency and necessity of improving D's operation ability.This paper puts forward the design and the effect of D in Putian commercial city to improve operating ability.At the same time,the author first uses DEA and comparative data about other banks nearby in the past three years to analyse the relationship between the investment and output in the procession of the outlet to improve its operating capacity,and then shows that it is effective to improve D's operation ability before proposing conclusions and suggestions.The paper aims to provide practical and theoretical guidance for D bank Fujian branch to enhance the core competitiveness of retail outlets by researching on how to improve operating ability for D bank in Putian commercial city.Moreover,it provides an example for other commercial banks retail outlets to improve operating capacity.
