Study On The Replacement Intensity Of Traditional Energy By Clean Energy Based On Energy Price Change

Recently,the problem of environmental pollution has been focused.How to improve the structure of energy consumption has become a top priority of China's energy structure reform.As everyone knows,China is a country with high coal consumption,and the pollution of environment is more and more serious.So it is urgent to accelerate the reformation speed of the structure of energy consumption and to exploit clean energy,based on the relative competitive advantage of gas to gradually use the natural gas instead of coal,so as to promote the economic development.This article mainly from the perspectives of international and domestic,two logic of time and regional,two kinds of energy of natural gas and coal to explains the current situation of energy consumption and irreasonable energy consumption structure.From the perspective of province and Chinese to research the alternative problem of natural gas and coal energy.Firstly,based on the theory of structure upgrading to establish a translog production function model,to prove the substitution effect between natural gas and coal.As a clean energy,natural gas is an important part of the adjustment plan of China energy.So it is necessary to focus on the substitution of coal,which is not only a response to the call of the international carbon emission reduction,at the same time also can solve the unreasonable phenomenon of energy structure in China,to reverse the deterioration of environment situation,development a model of low-carbon environmental protection.Then combined with the research of arc elasticity theory with 29 provinces apart from Chongqing and Tibet to develop different energy strategies with different provinces.The conclusion is that the substitution effect between natural gas and coal is strong and it remains increase gradually with the time goes by apart from Yunnan and Guizhou province.This shows that the price changes of coal will effect the consumption of natural gas and can solve the problem of energy allocation between natural gas and coal to realize the alternation gradually.
