TFS Company Meger&Acquisition Development Study

In the face of competition and development,many enterprises choose the merger and acquisition.Some companies through mergers and acquisitions succeeded,also some companies did not obtain what they want by mergers and acquisitions.Based on TFS company as an example,this paper introduces the TFS how companies through a series of mergers and acquisitions obtained the development,to solve the various problems in the process of development.TFS company's choice of M&A targets,a series of integrated operation,after the merger plays an active role in the development of the company,to do big business and get the benefit of ascension.In this paper,through study the literature scholars both at home and abroad,combining with an instance of TFS company mergers and acquisitions,the research concluded that mergers and acquisitions of TFS has a positive and effective influence the development of our company,both Brand value and efficiency gets improvement.Had a few problems at the same time,mergers and acquisitions enterprise core talents loss;in a short period of time of customers of the brand recognition is not strong;risk industry monopoly.This paper is summarized and the research on these content.
