The Characteristics And Causes Of Wage Gap Between Industries

As market economy system reformed,human in our country become richer and richer,their consumption level increased too.However,the wage gap between the industry has been narrowed.In 2014,the wage of financial field is 3.84 times of animal husbandry.In addition,we found that the wage gap between industry showed the trend of increase after decreases,the peak is in 2008.After 2008,the industry wage gap is narrowing.According to the macro and micro data survey data,we found that wage gap between our country industry began to decline after 2008,the reasons are:(1)the role of human capital,by discovering,the wage of low education degree grow faster than high education degree and low education degree people focused on low wage industry,the industry wage gap is narrowing.(2)the role of the floating population,the wage of floating population growth faster than the urban population,and many of the floating population is in low-wage industries,which caused the wage gap.(3)the role of the industry monopoly,the contribution rate of the pay gap is also presented the same as the wage gap trend.Further,through the empirical analysis conclusion,the higher the degree of monopoly,the higher the level of human capital industry and the higher wages,this again proved that the monopoly and the pay gap is industry in our country human capital increase after decreases first.Wage gap between industry is to be kept within the range,we should deepen the reform of economic system,improve the level of low-income wages of labor,optimize the distribution of human capital and break monopoly of the industry.
