The Research On New-type Urbanization And Urban Bias How To Effect The Income Gap Between The Urban And Rural Residents

In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and urbanization in our country,the quality of life in urban and rural areas in China have improved significantly,along with the increasing of the whole residents' income.On the other hand,with the improvement of living standards,the income gap between the urban and rural residents is also in a trend of rising,with a high income gap ratio of about 3.0.The world bank announced that China's nicky coefficient is 0.49,which means a high gap between the rich and the pool.In the process of China's economic development,a big urban and rural income gap will not only do damage to the welfare of the whole individual level,but also damage the development of economy in our country.Therefore,to analyze the causes of China's urban and rural residents income gap is particularly important.This study can not only provide theoretical guidance for the development of China's urban and rural structure,but also guide the economy operation.In the actual study,firstly,the unit root test,the cointegration test,the variable Padroni and the Kao test were performed to variables and the results shows that there is a co-integration relationship between variables,depend on which the common fixed effect panel data model was built;Secondly the Moran 's I index test was performed which proved the importance to add spatial spillover effect in the study of the influence of urban and rural residents income gap;thirdly,in the process of selecting model,the result of Wald test and LR test showed that the Durbin model reveals the relationship between the variables better.In addition the result of Housman test also showed that the Durbin panel select fixed effects model is more accurate.So based on the ordinary panel model,which has a fixed effect,the space Durbin with a fixed effect model is built again,and both of the results were compared.The results of the whole study shows that the new type of urbanization has a positive effect to narrow the gap between cities and towns,in which when the rate of the urbanization rate,the agriculture,forestry and water affairs investment proportion,the import and export trade account increase for one percent,than that of each corresponding lower ratio effect to urban and rural residents income gap is about 0.7,0.97 for each percent;the import and export trade is not important for the gap;and the implementation of urban biased policies are the root cause of the widening gap between the rich and poor,urban and rural residents in China including the science-education-culture-health,the first industry in GDP,local fiscal expenditure,financial expenditure of public service,industrial fixed investment,the degree of opening to the outside world has serious unreal the town,is the manifestation of city bias and showed them to narrow the gap between urban and rural residents income is negative effects.When the local fiscal investment proportion,the public service investment accounted for each one percent higher,and that will cause the urban and rural resident income gap ratio increase about 1.6 percent.
