Central Committee No.1,2015 clearly pointed out that to strengthen the rural science and technology service work,strengthen the agricultural science and technology and service system is to accelerate the development of modern agriculture,the objective needs.New era of building a new socialist countryside,talent is the key;science and technology agriculture,talent is fundamental.The implementation of the "college student village program" not only to a certain extent,ease the employment pressure of college students,but also to the vast rural areas of talent and communication technology for agricultural science and technology services to provide human resources and intellectual support.It plays an important role in promoting the development of agricultural science and technology service and promoting the construction of new socialist countryside.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the role of college student village officials in agricultural science and technology service.In this paper,the university students in Heyuan City,as the main body,through a large number of literature research,as well as the Heyuan City,the village officials to take the form of field investigation,the use of face-to-face interviews and telephone interviews and other methods,the students in the agricultural science and technology services in the role of research Based on the theory of opinion leaders and the theory of secondary communication and the popularization and dissemination of agricultural science and technology,this paper analyzes the current situation of the role of village officials in agricultural science and technology service of Heyuan City.Through the study,we find the main problems that affect the role of village officials in rural science and technology service in Heyuan City,and then put forward some countermeasures to enhance the role of college student village officials in agricultural science and technology service: First,strengthen the students in rural science and technology service System Construction.Second,improve the rural science and technology service environment.Third,to strengthen the self-construction of Heyuan City students village officials.Fourth,to carry out technical training to improve the overall quality of farmers.
