China Unicom HB branch office,resolutely implement the group company "Wo 4G +" focus on brand development strategy,since 2014,throughout all the territory of Hubei province to build network signal coverage more widely,4G Internet faster,call quality more perfect high-quality goods 4G coverage network,has for more than 13 millions in three years,the branch of China Unicom HB provides efficient,intelligent,fast communication and network services.In addition,the branch of China Unicom HB to fully grasp the new opportunities "Internet +" industry development,give full play to its own in "4G" network in the process of the construction of informatization,specialization,systematic technical advantage,promoting the overall situation of informatization construction,closely serving the entire province through the initiative as,accelerating,improve the company's CRM construction,strive for each unicom customers provide the most professional mobile communication solutions.At present,many enterprises are attaches great importance to customer relationship management,especially the relationship between the management and maintain good and group clients,more become the key to enterprise development,and growth.Value does not mean,however,can be perfect,some companies when the rapid development of their business,customer relationship management ability and level of the appearance and development of speed will fall apart,the existing customer relationship management system will still stay on the ability to deal with small single business in the past,not only cannot handle large group customers for products and services,so to design a can adapt to enterprise development and market changes in customer relationship management(CRM)system is the priority of many enterprises.This study applies the principle of project management and technology,the branch of China unicom HB in the era of "Internet +",CRM customer relationship management(CRM),more in-depth research and analysis,summarize the unicom HB branch in CRM management design,implement and the successful experience of risk management,and its design,implement and evaluate the effect of risk management,for the enterprises in the era of "Internet +",continuously improve and perfect the CRM,provide relevant Suggestions and comments,and aims to help them through continuously strengthen and perfect the functions of CRM,improve enterprise customer relationship management level,further enhance enterprise competition of soft power.At the same time,through the development of this research can also make more of the enterprise project management technology in customer relationship management(CRM)project plan design,the implementation schedule,quality requirements and may face the potential risks in advance prevention and control,thereby continuously CRM effectiveness,reduce operational risks and management costs.
