Research On Improved Method Of Man-hour Quota

With the globalization of market knowledge economy,the market random diversification of customers needs,the intelligent flexible of the production,and management informatization,these factors make the production environment of the enterprise change greatly.Therefore,customer demand for personalized,random order,product variety,production process of the production of flexible and changeable,Man-hour quota as one of the most critical management work,its quality directly affect the enterprise production planning and scheduling,capacity evaluation,manufacturing cost evaluation,compensation calculation,etc.Under the background of the delivery time become the key competitive factors,the traditional method can not meet the requirements of the enterprise to the efficiency and precision of the man-hour quota,which seriously restricts the improvement of the management level.Therefore,manufacturing enterprises must rethink the man-hour quota calculation method,man-hour quota establishment meets the current production mode of the fast and accurate requirements,improving the response ability and competition ability of market of advanced manufacturing system of enterprises.Based on the analysis of related work at home and abroad to formulate methods on the results of the study,We found that the current man-hour quota setting method there is poor accuracy and low utilization rate of enterprise historical data problem,put forward integrated man-hour quota estimation method based on case reasoning.The method is applied in enterprise manufacturing data management(PDM)system to realize the design(CAD),technology departments(CAPP),enterprise resource management system(ERP)information integration,data sharing environment,history will be the integration of enterprise information data conversion time putted forward for the enterprise,to explore efficient putted forward to establish a method,high accuracy of case retrieval methods,Using support vector machine(SVM)hours adjustment for error compensation method for reasoning results.in order to improve the working hours for accuracy.This paper studies the main content,including the following aspects.(1)Putted forward the establishment and case retrieval in case-based reasoning process is studied respectively,for the process of establishing putted forward attribute selection method based on the information gain,choose the main attributes,fuzzy c-means neural network model is established,using fuzzy c-means to putted forward lean,attribute weights of neural network to determine factors,improve the efficiency of case retrieval;For case retrieval process,retrieval method using conditions,and the recent neighbor algorithm combining retrieval,improving the retrieval accuracy,retrieved from a number of similar cases with the weighted average of the similarity of the initial understanding.(2)Because of the error of reasoning,make the case push the value of technology and the actual work duration gap,it is difficult to obtain ideal man-hour quota adjustment as a result,Therefore,put forward a kind of man-hour adjustment method based on support vector machine(SVM),the mapping relationship between target case and model error,error compensation model,improve the reasoning result validity.(3)Taking the actual part of an enterprise as an example,the paper presents the technology of the estimation method,and the feasibility and practicability of the method.
