A Study On The Relativity Between The Enterprise Social Responsibility And Corporate Financial Performance Of The Airline Listed Companies

For a long time,enterprise social responsibility has been a focus of attention of the whole nation,and international companies to actively practice of social responsibility as a long-term investment of enterprises.Promote consumer loyalty,the lowering of trade barriers,gather highly educated persons and improve the regulatory environment are brought by the companies to fulfill their social responsibility.Until now,most companies have publicly announced the corporate social responsibility report,to enable enterprises to actively and enthusiastically practice social responsibility awareness,are gradually strengthening.In spite of this,but in the process of actual exercise,still exists some problems.Airline companies of relating to people’s life and property safety,keep up with the space of China’s rapid economic development,but still expose a series of problems,these accidents made airline companies social responsibility awareness became the focus of attention.Based on stakeholders theory and combined with the development of airline en-terprises to analysis the relativity between enterprise social responsibility and finan-cial performance,put government,shareholders,creditors,customer,employees,sup-pliers,community,and environment,eight stakeholders as elements of airline listed companies enterprise social responsibility and according to social responsibility stakeholders theory propose three hypothesis,select 17 home airline listed companies 2013-2015 data,establish multiple return equation,using SPSS19.0 software for mult-iple return analysis,validation hypothesis.Finally,according to the conclusion of empirical analysis of airline companies,propose corresponding strategies and insights.The empirical study shows: first,the current corporate social responsibility reverse affect current financial performance;second,the current social responsibility has a positive effect on the financial performance;third,the current financial performance has a positive effect on the enterprise social responsibility.Corporate social responsibility,it can promote the harmonious development of the whole society and bring various resources and support to enterprises,boost the further development of the airline listed enterprises.
