The State Grid advised on the "three sets of five" development strategy in the"Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period,positioning as "group operation,intensive development",to achieve business collaboration to replace the bar division,optimal allocation of resources instead of decentralized management.Power marketing is the the main business of power supply enterprises,affecting the development prospects of enterprises.Strengthening the coordination of marketing and financial operations,not only can enhance the overall efficiency of enterprises,but also timely has accurate grasp of the whole picture of the marketing business,enhancing the financial control to marketing market.Hunan Electric Power Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of State Grid Corporation of China.It is engaged in the construction,operation,management and operation of Hunan Power Grid.It provides safe,economical,clean and sustainable power supply for economic and social development and people's life in Hunan Province.Electricity to sell increased year by year.However,the financial management and control of the marketing business did not reach the required level,I had the field research and accessed to the relevant staff and found that under the traditional division of labor thought,marketing and financial in Hunan Electric Power Company standards is serious separated,on the one hand it led to theemployees generally weak concept of collaborative work,the enthusiasm of the integration is not high;On the other hand,due to the different functions of financial and marketing,it often appears thatthe content,the form of financial data is inconsistent,besides transmission time of the marketing business information,making the accounting information accuracy,reliability,timeliness can not be guaranteed,resulting in the weak foundation of financial analysis,can not dynamically support financial management and decision making.Especially in the management of electricity funds,if the above problems are not aware and the company did not take certain measures to strengthen the interaction between finance and marketing,it will breed of electricity fund management blind spot,reducing the recovery rate of electricity fund,affecting business operations.In view of the above problems,drawing on the research results of nearly ten years at domestic and abroad,this paper puts forward the rules of electricity dispatch and recovery,clarifies the credit evaluation of electricity customers,strengthens the real-time monitoring of electricity charges,dredges the electricity payment channels,improve the cooperation of financial and marketing cooperation,such as pre planning,controlling and post analysis of the marketing business and a series of specific feasible financial integration improvement measures.This paper expounds the existing problems and the reasons of the cooperation of finance and marketing in Hunan Electric Power Company.I put forward some improvement measures in order to improve the cooperation of financial and marketing in Hunan Electric Power Company,offering other companies in the industry a reference to combine financial and marketing.
