In the era of 3G network coverage,with the popularity of smart phones,mobile payment is a new type of payment by people's enthusiasm,China's mobile payment industry in just a few years has been booming.At the same time,the huge business opportunities of mobile payment market has attracted third major domestic commercial banks,Payment institutions to join them,and gradually formed a mobile operators,commercial banks and third party payment platform three teams.In the increasingly complex market competition environment,China Merchants Bank to develop mobile payment business is facing severe challenges.Therefore,how to grasp the opportunities for development in the increasingly fierce competition in the mobile payment market,develop strategies to adapt to the development of the situation,seize the favorable position of the industry chain,become the problem of China Merchants Bank needs to thinking in deeply.Based on the theory of financial innovation,the theory of bank risk management and 4V marketing theory,this paper first defines the related concepts of mobile payment,mobile payment business and commercial bank mobile payment service,the classification of mobile payment,the mode of mobile payment business and business Bank development of mobile payment business brief.Secondly,the general situation of China Merchants Bank mobile payment business,certainly in effect at the same time,summarize the main problems and risks in the China Merchants Bank mobile payment business is facing,and summarizes the main causes of the problems.Then,through the practice of the development of mobile payment business in Japan,Korea and Kenya commercial banks,the author draws the inspiration of foreign successful experience to the development of China Merchants Bank.Finally,the paper puts forward the specific strategies of China Merchants Bank to develop mobile payment services and the countermeasures to deal with the risks.
