Mobile payment services as a combination of the Currency electronic and new services of mobile communication, not only enables people to deal with a variety of financial services at any time, any place, and enriched the connotation of banking services, the bank in order to facilitate the efficient and moresecure way for customers to provide payment services. It not only enables people to deal with a variety of financial wealth management business at any time, any place, but also to enable people to handle e-commerce at any time, any place in a safe manner.
