Mobile Corporation since the introduction of the "broadband" services,relying on the "integrated marketing" concept,launched the "broadband broadband + mobile phone + TV" fusion,the fusion of broadband products can be formed in a large extent to attract customers,can increase the maximum attractive to customers,to broadband products to obtain the user's choice preference.Mobile Corporation focuses on promoting broadband products that will not only broaden the reach of consumers,but also sell more mobile products to promote broadband channels.Comparison of broadband integrated marketing Mobile Corporation launched products attractive,the concept of integrated marketing is better,however,was found after a period of time,integrated marketing and promotion is not very ideal,mainly has the following problems: the marketing activity is not divided and the scientific arrangement,lack of scientific evaluation of every marketing activities time,marketing integration of Mobile Corporation broadband market,implementation process,risk control,marketing activities to complete the task is not ideal.The reason is due to the lack of implementation of the project management in the process of implementation activities,leading to delays in the broadband market Mobile Corporation integrated marketing activities,the risk is increased,the performance is not up to the standard and so on,so the integrated marketing activities performed project management measures in the broadband market Mobile Corporation is imperative.This article uses the method of project management to study the project management of the integrated marketing of the broadband market of Mobile Corporation from July 1,2015 to December 31,2015.In order to clear the status of application of project management method using integrated marketing Mobile Corporation in the broadband market,how to get the results,what kind of problems,how to improve,so launched a comprehensive study.This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of marketing project management integration of Mobile Corporation in the broadband market,the implementation of mobile broadband marketing activities of the project management,is the foundation to realize the mobile broadband market integration marketing target.In this paper,by using the basic theory of project management,combined with the actual situation in the management of broadbandintegrated marketing Mobile Corporation,the Mobile Corporation broadband integrated marketing project into the start of the project,project planning,project preparation,project implementation,project completion project,and the project activity progress of a reasonable arrangement and control,the research focus on project risk management and quality management,based on project risk identification,risk analysis,risk assessment,risk response measures and control project risk,reduce project risk probability,enhance the quality of projects,through the project quality inspection process of KPI,project quality control,project quality control measures of regular evaluation,and project process and put forward the solutions to the problems such as quality problems encountered,enhance The quality of the project will enable Mobile Corporation to carry out the goal of integrating more than 30% of the market share of broadband marketing projects.
