The Research Of Rural Tourism Spatial Analysis And Urban Planning Synergy In Yuexi County

Yuexi county has its natural endowment and realistic demand to develop rural tourism and its related industry is developing rapidly.A multi-level department of Yuexi government are exploring on its rural tourism development.This article starts with the analysis of rural tourism resources distribution,refines three most representative and promotional significance rural tourism developing model and determines their spatial recognition features.The three models including wellness tourism in Shiguan township,sightseeing tourism in Huangwei township and experience tourism in Heping township.Based on the three models,this article gives rural tourism special guidance for zones,townships and villages.What’s more,this article determines the facility layout enhancing requirement and proposes several suggestions about how to mix together the development of rural tourism,agriculture,forestry,service industry,culture industry and farming industry.Rural tourism has several features including highly marketization,multiple construction models,mix land use functions,building density and types lay out differently,strongly connected with natural environment.We need to specific introduce guided contents and restrictive contents into each level’s planning,so that the construction work in order and follow the overall’s guidance.This article comes with three level’s planning including Leading planning,leading®ulatory planning,controllability planning.It proposes suggestions for each level’s urban&rural planning combined with rural tourism development.
