The Build Of The GH Company Corporate Social Responsibility's Internal Control System

In The New Normal economic situation,the status of some related management programs about social responsibility have increased with the constantly increase of the corporate social responsibility's importance.But the development of social responsibility's management system increased slowly,so that it is difficult for the public to get the real information about social responsibility.And because of the low credit standing in corporate social responsibility,so the large maintenance costs increased the cost of a company.According to these reasons,practitioners got some troubles.For listed companies,the ‘enterprise internal control guidelines No.four: social responsibility',issued in 2010,changed the perspective from public.They put the corporate social responsibility as a necessary part of listed company's internal control standard system.But the practice of the social responsibility's internal control is still imperfect because of the lack of theoretical guidance,industry guidelines and other reasons.These reasons lead to the present situation that getting information about corporate social responsibility is difficult.GH Company as the example in the paper,a practical social responsibility's internal control system will be suggested,and it aims to promote corporate's fulfillment of social responsibility and being a leader in the industry.Based on this topic,the main conclusions of this study are :(1)The construction of social responsibility internal control system is necessary for GH company.it is found that the social responsibility investment is a huge number via the analysis of the basic operation situation,social responsibility and social responsibility management of inter control,but the management content is almost not included in the internal control.For this situation,the study concludes that the construction of the internal control system of social responsibility is necessary for the GH company,combined with the demands of stakeholders.(2)The GH Company's social responsibility internal control system consists of the control subject,the control object,the framework of the system and the composition of the system.The system meets the principles of internal control,fit the GH company's internal control framework and it is based on the social responsibility management key workflow,.In order to ensure its normal operation,the paper also gives some advices from five aspects: Cultural advocacy,risk management,human resources policy,information communication system and internal control evaluation process.exploring the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility practice and safeguarding the information disclosure of social responsibility information from the perspective of internal control,the direction of this study can provide new ideas for the development of the social responsibility's internal control in our country,and also can provide some advice to build our country's corporate social responsibility internal control system.
