In the new stage of "Internet +",the rapid development and continuous infiltration of Mobile Internet have had a great impact on the changes improvement,and development of human daily life.As the most active mode of transport in public transport,the monopoly of Taxi industry has been criticized by the community."Hard to Taxi" has been common problem which people all have to face in the overall environment.The rapid popularization and development of taxi-hailing software in mobile phones have been in large integration and have moved big forward in constant operating,which also means that sharing travel under the situation of"Internet +" has stepped into a new stage.The sudden appearance of Taxi-hailing software makes a revolutionary loose in Taxi industry.Also,it is also a convenient app in cell phones,which owns every feature that other softwares have in common.It can bring beneficial service of calling Taxi,getting on Taxi and paying,which will contribute a lot to the efficient and convenient direction of modern city traffic and to the construction of smart city.Now the taxi software is in the primary stage of development of the market,and it is faced with a huge space at home and abroad.Although it has diverse forms,in essence it can be divided into competitions of urban transport sources,Mobile Internet ports and services.At present,the researches on customer satisfaction in taxi-hailing software are not mature enough.If we can rely on the real experience of users and start from the perspective of its real needs,the taxi-hailing software operators can better grasp the current mode of operation in Taxi industry and the merits of the current taxi-hailing software market to a certain extent to find the shortcomings and improvements and to better make directions of taxi-hailing software market in the future with its expanding and further involving by constructing a model of user satisfaction of Taxi-hailing software.This article reviews the relevant theories of taxi-hailing software,customer satisfaction and so on and analyzes the actual situation of taxi-hailing software development in China's environment.This article applies questionnaire to set up survey,and it also uses descriptive statistics,reliability and SPSS and AMOS software.And the satisfaction index in final conclusion is a kind of calculation process constructed and corrected in structural equation model.The results show that the expectation of taxi-hailing users has a significant positive impact on the specific performance of perceived quality,perceived value and of perceived satisfaction.The relationship between perceived value and customer satisfaction is positive correlation.Customer complaint has a significant negative impact on the comprehensive performances like satisfaction and loyalty of customers while satisfaction of customers also has a positive impact on the loyalty of customers.
