Technical innovation is the important driving factors of enterprise development,also are the strategic support of productivity level and the comprehensive national strength,and high and new technology enterprise is the important carrier of science and technology innovation,it's also the basic power to change the mode of economic growth.Because of the characteristics of high and new technology enterprises,the higher level managers have higher requirements on their own quality,and the dependence on technology investment is also extraordinary.Therefore,this paper studies the empirical analysis of the influence of executive characteristics on the growth of enterprises,and also demonstrates the influence of innovation input on the growth of enterprises.The empirical study of the influence of executive characteristics on growth is helpful for the selection of senior executives of high and new enterprises and the establishment of senior management team.The empirical research on the growth of enterprises through innovation input provides a strong case for how the high and new enterprises can cultivate their core competitiveness and give play to their competitive advantages.This article from the enterprise growth,the relationship between executive characteristics with the enterprise growth and the relationship between the innovation investment and corporate growth the three aspects of existing research results on the basis of combing and summary.The theory of enterprise growth theory,high echelon team theory,technological innovation theory and core competitiveness theory are the theoretical foundation of the paper.The empirical part,this article choose 352 high-tech enterprises listed on the data from 2011-2016 as sample,the research achievements of scholars at home and abroad for reference,the problem,using the factor analysis method to build the high-tech enterprise growth evaluation system,selection of long-term solvency,short-term debt paying ability,profit ability,operation ability and development ability of five dimensions,factor analysis model is set up to 13 indicators,evaluate the growth and quantitative.Select executives average age,education level and professional background as a representative indexes of executive characteristics,selected the proportion of technical personnel,intangible assets ratio and r&d of income ratios reflect the enterprise's innovation input,using SPSS software,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.In this paper,three models are established to demonstrate the hypothesis and one is the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable in the standard case.The second is to divide enterprise growth into high and low three levels,and then make comparative analysis;The third is to analyze whether the influence of the variables corresponding to the independent variables has a lag.Through the empirical analysis,the basic conclusion of this paper is that the senior managers' age is negatively correlated with the growth of the enterprise,and the level of education is positively correlated with the growth of the enterprise.The proportion of enterprise technical staff is positively correlated with the growth of enterprise,and the proportion of r&d investment is positively correlated with the growth of enterprise.Four of the six hypotheses have been demonstrated.Therefore,it is concluded that the construction of senior management team and investment in innovation and development of enterprises will have important influence on the growth of enterprises.
