With the rapid development of China's tourism industry and business activities have become increasingly frequent,the requirements of customers are higher,the expanses in hospitality industry are growing rapidly from day to day.So more and more hotels started to implement sustainable,green,environmental protection,low carbon measures.“Green measures”is a new development concept in hotel industry in China.So there are not many hotels in China,which implement green measures.This thesis focuses exactly on customers' attitude towards Hotel Green Incentive-based measures.The aim of this research is to figure out the customer's attitude towards green measures under cash incentives.China hotel consumers were evaluated as research subjects.The results will clarify the influence of hotel green incentive-based measures on customer's attitude,the affect of cash discounts incentives on the choice of hotel customers to use their bed sheet or towels twice or even three times.This study investigate the affect of monetary green measures on customer's attitude of different demographic slots,level of education,age,gender,nationality and different duration of stay.The contribution of this paper is proof that customers of different demographic slots,level of education,age,gender,nationality and different duration of stay have different attitude towards green monetary measures.With the help of quantitative research,the study will help lodging industry to improve the green strategies,and can help to increase positive clients' attitude towards green measures within hotels in China.
