With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,infant clothing market has become another emerging market after men's wear,women's wear and children's wear,and its share in the apparel industry can't be ignored.With the implementation of the national "comprehensive child" policy,infant clothing industry has become one of the most potential of China's consumer market,infant clothing market will usher in new opportunities at the same time,there are also great challenges,such as the overall economic situation is not optimistic,the textile industry into the artificial increase,excessive infant clothing brand etc..In this paper,a high-grade infant clothing brand M as the research object,and focus on the analysis of the traditional maternal stores,department stores,new shopping centers in three different channels of management mode,select the new baby stores to Hedong District of Tianjin city as the representative of the king of the children of M counter in the brand counters,in Wuqing District of Tianjin City friendship M department store counters as the representative of the traditional department store in the new shopping mall brand counters,Jizhou District in Tianjin City Chau bend shopping plaza M counters on behalf of the counter brands in three forms,according to the analysis of May 2016 and August three M counter sales situation,and earnings data,summarize the common problems,and the development of the corresponding solutions,such as the different items of goods in different seasons,adjusting the proportion of goods display ratio adjustment,adjustment,personnel training,and increase new sales Other aspects of optimization,by tracing on May 2017 and August sales,and earnings data,and compared with the data of May 2016 and August sales and profit status,so that infant clothing brand outlets in the operation process,the proportion of commodity items sales accounted for the summary ratio,collocation,display sales mode.
