Profit Analysis Of Branded Children's Wear In Different Operating Systems

With the rapid development of children's clothing industry,it is more competitive among enterprises.Facing the developing tide that traditional production children's clothing brands are transforming to retail brand children's clothing business,terminal shops become more and more important.Under different operating systems,the profit problem in brand children's clothing stores becomes increasing important.The way to combine business positioning to meet market demand and to develop various types of shops will determine the economic efficiency of each enterprises and the fate of their development.This article researches the Franchise of Brand children's clothing store and direct-sale stores of the Brand children's clothing store,which located in different shopping malls in Tian Jin.First,the author collects the operating mode,shopping malls category,shop and other detailed information of relative shops and analyzes exhaustively the shop goods,personnel,shopping malls and other basic costs as well as sales of goods profitability and discounts.Second,the author selects six stores of some brand as the samples(which include two department direct-sale stores,two direct-sale stores in shopping center,one franchise department store and one franchise shopping center shop).Retrieve the store sales data from September 2016 to August 2017 and sort the data according to sale season of the goods on 9-11(autumn),12-2(winter),3-5(spring),6-8(summer).Finally,calculate and analyze the sales including average unit price,efficiency,growth rate,and second-order profit ratio of each shops both under the same type of shopping malls but different operating system and different shopping malls but the same operating system.Then find problems through comparative analysis.After the analysis of the profitability of the stores under the system,a more suitable operating system can be successfully generated for different shops,allowing more stable and efficient development for the enterprises.
