Y Group Co., Ltd. Inventory Internal Control Research

Internal control is one of the most important ways of enterprise management.Good internal control system can guarantee the operation of enterprises,contributing to the efficiency of management and safety of assets.As an important part of current assets,inventory plays a significant role in assets management in the enterprise.Because of the specific characteristics of pharmaceuticals industry,national authorities exert clear regulations on the production,storage,and transportation of pharmaceutical products.Thus,the standards of inventory management for pharmaceutical enterprises are strict.Thus,it is important for pharmaceutical enterprises to build up effective inventory management system.The remaining of this paper is organized as follows: section 1 is the introduction,which I will introduce the background of inventory management and review the related literature both within and outside the country.Section 2 illustrates the theory of inventory management.I will introduce the theory of inter control and its related aims.Section 3 is the analysis of inventory management of Y enterprise.I will point out its problems in purchasing,selection of supplier,storage,transportation,and checking.In Section 4 I come up with some suggestions for the corresponding problems in Y enterprise.The last section is some suggestions about how to guarantee the effective of internal control.
