Research On The Role Of Agricultural Science And Technology Organizations In Scale Agriculture

With the rapid development of agriculture in China,the status and role of agricultural science in scale agriculture are also increasing.Developing the role of agricultural science and technology organizations in scale-agriculture can improve the agricultural industry structure,drive the rapid development of agriculture,promote the growth of national economy,maintain social stability.Improving the agricultural science and technology organization is the basic guarantee of the construction scale agriculture,which has great significance.Based on the methods of historical documents,field investigation,comparative analysis and summary method,this paper is based on theoretical research and solving practical problems,investigates deeply agricultural science and technology organization of government type,farmers' professional cooperation type,enterprise type in the area of Qihe county in Shandong province.Throughinterviewing and investigating,this paper analyzes the main problems of some agricultural science and technology organizations in the development of scale agriculture in Qihe county,for example,the management system of agricultural science is not standardized;the popularization of agricultural science and technology is not closely connected with agricultural research;insufficient funds for agricultural science and technology promotion;the main body of agricultural science and technology promotion service is single;agricultural science and technology promotion personnel troop is unstable and so on.The reasons of the agricultural development in Qihe county is analyzed,and a series of countermeasures and suggestion has been put forward,for example,promote the reform and development of agro-technical promotion agency;promote actively the promotion of agricultural science and technology through docking with the scientific research colleges and universities;establish a multi-channel investing and financing system;support the coordinated development of various agricultural and technical organizations;carry out the training of the quality training of agro-technical promoters.
