This paper uses literature review and data access method,field visit investigation method,comparative analysis method,summary method and other research methods.In order to solve some special problems,within the scope of Hangzhou Longjing tea production area,In-depth study of various agricultural science and technology organizations,through the government website and field survey visits,in the industrial development of Longjing Village and the main problems such as the management of agricultural science and technology extension institutions The system is not standardized,the conversion rate of agricultural scientific research results is low,the main body of agricultural science and technology extension services is single,the investment in agricultural science and technology promotion funds is insufficient,and the ranks of agricultural science and technology extension personnel are unstable.This paper will analyze the actual situation of the development of Longjing tea industry,and propose the promotion of the reform and deepen the leading and supporting functions of agricultural scientific research and educational institutions to existing agricultural science and technology organizations,and rationally use funds.Training a series of countermeasures,such as professional agricultural technicians,to open up new development paths for the agricultural science and technology organizations involved in the Longjing tea industry and add new vitality to the development of the Longjing tea industry.
