"Whether from the Northeast region,or from the national development point of view,to achieve the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast are of great significance".As the cradle of new China's industrial and important industrial,agricultural base,the comprehensive revitalization of the Northeast region national development,National modernization construction.With the development of China's economy into the new normal state,the social development environment facing the northeast region is also undergoing profound changes,economic growth is facing some pressure,and continue to promote economic restructuring and optimization is a necessary condition for the revitalization of the Northeast region.Liaoning Province,the total economic output accounted for half of the three provinces in Northeast China,Liaoning Province in recent years the economic development situation is not optimistic.GDP growth in Liaoning Province in 2015 fell to 11,the growth rate of only 3%,the increase in the bottom of the rankings,2016 statistical bulletin released preliminary results show that in 2016 in Liaoning Province annual GDP fell 2.5%over the previous year.Liaoning Province is facing downward pressure on the external economic environment,but also the internal institutional,structural contradictions focus on the reasons for the outbreak.The research focus of this paper is the structural problems in the economic development of Liaoning Province.This paper analyzes the structural problems existing in the economic and economic development of Liaoning from the perspective of structural economics,mainly guided by the theory of economic structure,from the perspective of investment and consumption structure,industrial structure,financial structure,regional economic structure,balance of payments structure The economic structure of Liaoning Province in recent years to conduct an overall inspection,and then build a set of evaluation system in recent years,Liaoning Province,the economic structure of the degree of imbalance in the measurement.The results show that there are still some imbalances in the economic structure of Liaoning Province,among which the imbalance of investment and consumption structure is the largest,followed by industrial structure,financial structure,balance of payments structure and regional economic structure.On the positive side,the overall imbalance in the economic structure of Liaoning Province has been declining in recent years.According to this,that the future of Liaoning Province should continue to promote economic restructuring,change the mode of economic development,do a good job in the new round of the northeast old industrial base a comprehensive revitalization,"along the way",Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation and other major strategic opportunities,situation.This paper is divided into the following sections:The first chapter is the introduction part,introduces the research background.and the research purpose,the main research method and the article frame,as well as the article may exist the innovation point and the insufficiency.The second chapter is the summary of the literature,introduces the concept of economic structure,the main theory of structuralism and the research results of economic structure in China and abroad.Finally,it introduces some research results on the economic structure of Liaoning Province in recent years.The third chapter is the theoretical analysis.This paper introduces the construction of the economic structure measure system in Liaoning Province,including the theoretical basis of the selection of indicators,the final selection of representative indicators and the determination of the index scale rank,and finally form the index scoring table which includes 15 indicators of the five major parts.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis and measurement part.Based on the statistical data,the evolution of the economic structure of Liaoning Province,including the evolution of investment and consumption structure,the evolution of industrial structure,the evolution of financial structure,the evolution of regional economic structure,the structure of international balance of payments Evolution of the five aspects,and were measured for each part.The fifth chapter summarizes the measurement results of each part.It can be found that there are different degrees of imbalance in the economic structure of Liaoning Province,but in recent years,except for the investment and consumption structure,the degree of imbalance has decreased.Finally,the overall imbalance of the economic structure of Liaoning Province is measured by the comprehensive calculation of the imbalance degree index of each part.The results show that the general index of economic imbalance in Liaoning Province has declined year by year in recent years.In the sixth chapter,based on the above measurement results,we try to put forward the proposal to optimize the economic structure of Liaoning Province.
