In China,small and medium-sized enterprises are part of the most dynamic economy,occupies a very important position in the development of national economy,to promote economic growth and transformation of the mode of economic development,expand employment,increase the fiscal revenue,technological innovation,promote economic development and other aspects have made tremendous contributions.At the same time,small and medium-sized enterprises are facing a series of problems,among which the biggest problem is financing difficulty.The reasons for the difficulty in financing are in addition to their own quality,macro policy,financial institutions and other issues,but also closely related to the government's policies.The financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises is a worldwide and long-term problem,and it has also become the focus of attention in all aspects of society.In this paper,a large number of literature materials have been read and written.By means of quantitative investigation and statistical data analysis of the representative enterprises in Zhejiang province and the government management of individual interviews,using the research methods of theoretical study and research should be combined,respectively,from the small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang province situation,financing status,financing environment of small and medium enterprises financing policy formulated by the local government to analyze and perfect,combined with the analysis of the current financing situation of SMEs in China,and learn from experience of foreign developed countries,summed up a series of local government services for SMEs financing policy suggestions and practices,to alleviate the SME financing situation.
