Since the reform and opening to the outside world,the automobile market in our country has developed rapidly.The competition of the automobile market is more and more fierce.The foreign automobile brand has been occupying the huge superiority in the market through many years experience and the management system superiority.But China's own brand is also not resigned to playing second fiddle and actively seek new growth space.With the change of market,the competition of automobile enterprises is becoming more and more subtle.The market reaction and the degree of information acquisition between enterprises are important factors for the development of enterprises.Competitive intelligence research is playing a more and more important role in the market.The competitive intelligence theory for the research of automobile enterprises,starting from Chery's point of view,studies the development status and market situation of China's own brand cars,analyzes the external environment of Chery automobile intelligence and their own operating conditions.Finally,it provides a series of strategic layout for Chery's related risks.It not only points out the direction for Chery company,but also provides a research framework for the competitive intelligence strategy of the domestic brand automobile industry.
