With the rapid development of China's economy,the residents' disposable income keeps growth.In such a good social situation,the demand for cars is showing a rising trend,the volume of produce and sales in domestic market have got a substantial increase and kept No.1 for eight years,China has got the world's attention with the world's largest automobile consumption.By analysis the vehicle sales volume in segment market and the rankings of quality,there is a big gap when using domestic brand compare with foreign brand.So it is a very significance question that how to improve the competitiveness of domestic brand.We have studied the influence factors,of the enterprise competitiveness systematically by studied the global literature about enterprise competitiveness.Through the analysis of the characteristics and development status in domestic automobile market,we built a specific competitiveness evaluation system for automobile enterprise and then primary evaluated the competitiveness of the Chery Automobile;According to the five factors in the enterprise competitiveness system,through the investigate and analysis of Chery Automobile in the internal and external environment,we summarized the problems existing in the Chery Automobile;Finally,by learning the experience of improving the competitiveness in other automobile enterprises,combining with the Three generic strategy,enterprise value chain,and the diamond system of Porter,and also the AH100 vehicle evaluation standard,we put forward the strategy on how to improve the enterprise competitiveness of Chery Automobile.
