4G boosts traffic management has become a major source of revenue for operators,this however,bottlenecked after a rapid increase,as well stagnated in sales growth.Thesis expands on the basis of comprehensive/in-depth study of theories,cases and ecosystem of current domestic and global traffic marketing industry.Comparing with international benchmarks,current traffic service has huge room for improvement.Premium content plays an important role in attracting/promoting traffic usage,timely grasp of opportunities for pan-entertaining,providing users with personalized grading service,bringing consumers psychological satisfaction while focusing their attention to accelerate the transformation of operation model.To understand user preferences as well needs,oriented studies developed through group discussions and in-depth user interviews.4,000 characteristic data related to traffic services online survey in the province collected from application orientation is cross analyzed using quantitative analysis software to identify potential preferences of targeted consumer groups,customized services basing on different types of App content preferences are available.Selecting appropriate directional feed push according to the user's daily using habits to achieve a complete set,interconnected,intellectual synchronized precision marketing strategy.Five practical precise marketing strategies against user content preference on traffic were proposed:business with preference strategy,mobile data usage habits with preference strategy,subscription with content preference strategy,Optimizing marketing channels with user-interaction strategy and comprehensive refined content-oriented traffic marketing portfolio strategy,has provided theory supports for subsequent development of user-precision marketing system.The study reinforces users' business contact points,serves users with needs and provides products correspondingly.Consumer's viscosity is enhanced since plans were tailored on top each portfolio,achieving a more precise attractive fit along the way,further improves profitability.Precision marketing on Content-Preference based Traffic significantly contributes promotion succession,thereby developing more user resources and revenue at a lower cost.
