With the rapid development of information technology,the era of big data has been brought.The arrival of big data brings new opportunities for scientific research,business and technological progress.Big data has become an important tool in the field of e-commerce.In recent years,China's electronic commerce has ushered in a period of rapid development,and the volume and scale of e-commerce has expanded rapidly.On the other hand,the electronic commerce and the huge user base goods,service requirements of e-commerce enterprises to establish a precise marketing system based on the needs and potential needs of users,in the era of big data,big data technology can analyze user behavior and user needs,data dig potential business information and provide commercial value.This paper focuses on the establishment of a large data on the basis of research on precision marketing system,reviews the history of development of electronic commerce,discusses the combination of big data and the precision marketing system,analyzes the necessity of the application of big data era Jingdong,Alibaba such as Amazon,the main electricity supplier platform and enterprise big data technology.We in the company as a typical case study,focus on small and medium sized enterprises,especially for large data base on the possibility and necessity of developing precision marketing of small business enterprise depends on Amazon,Taobao,Jingdong.Including the big data service system of consumer segmentation,data mining,user portrait to the service of precision marketing,but for 94 companies such as small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises,small-scaleenterprises,the lack of precise marketing method and internal for lack of awareness,precision marketing and big data technology of big data technology itself limit etc.cause we company factors,precision marketing strategy development on the basis of big data in a state of stagnation.We as a small e-commerce enterprises in the face of fierce market competition and optimization of big data strategy for e-commerce industry impact need to establish a combination of marketing of traditional 4P system on the existing marketing strategy on precision marketing,based on the reality,this paper designs the general system platform for large data precision marketing strategy based on the clustering algorithm,and as an example of the use of the system.At the same time,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the precision marketing system of Australian company from the aspects of improving the knowledge of the big data strategy and accurate marketing,applying the big data to adjust the marketing strategy,the precise marketing channel,deepening the consumer demand analysis,and applying the results of large data analysis to optimize the enterprise management.It is hoped that we can provide a good reference and experience for the future small and medium sized e-commerce enterprises to carry out the precise marketing strategy through the typical case analysis.
