With the continuous popularization of network technology and the increasing degree of social informatization,e-commerce has become a new economic growth point.E-commerce enterprises have mushroomed in the urban area,the city electricity market has become increasingly saturated,many well-known electricity supplier companies began to change ideas,take the rural route,the development target is locked in the rural market,has been to "three rural" As the postal rural electricity supplier with the main position,the postal service market in rural areas has been continuously seized,the share of which has been gradually reduced,the loss of customer resources and the gradual shrinking of the scale of income.How to transform,reform and innovation has become the top priority and the key priority of the postal group company.The research shows that there are many e-commerce enterprises in our country at the present,but there is no formation of synergies in rural market expansion which resulting in more homogeneity and duplication in the same area,resulting in a bad development environment.In our country,especially in rural areas in western China,the e-commerce infrastructure is weak,Logistics costs are high,the lack of professional electricity supplier operators,making the development of existing rural electricity providers can not meet the actual needs of rural areas.In addition,in recent years,the state has made more efforts to support and support rural electricity suppliers.The development and application of encouraging and supporting e-commerce in the "three rural" areas have created new opportunities for the electricity market in rural areas.Under this development opportunity,the author analyzes the internal and external environment of the enterprise by using various theoretical tools to explore the construction of postal villages in Yunnan Province through the use of the management theory knowledge gained from the MBA course study,combined with his nine years of postal rural e-commerce management experience Electricity supplier project competition strategy,and put forward corresponding supportive measures,Yunnan postal rural electricity supplier project long-term development has some guiding significance.This article combines "Internet +" thinking with Yunnan Post as an analysis case,focusing on national macroeconomic policies,domestic and international economic environment,regional policies and industry trends and other aspects of analysis and research,combined with "five forces model" a comprehensive analysis of the company currently facing the External business environment and internal and external resources,using SWOT analysis method to analyze and research Yunnan postal rural e-commerce development status quo,draw lessons from the relevant advanced experience of similar industries at home and abroad,put forward countermeasures for the practical development of the new characteristic rural market at this stage To explore the competitive strategy of the rural e-commerce project of Yunnan Post Branch to further enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise in the future development and the development of rural e-commerce business.
