With the rapid economic development in our country and continuous improvement of residents' income,the disposable wealth held by the residents keeps accumulating.The demand for the preservation and appreciation of assets is growing increasingly.The personal financial awareness is strong and the term wealth management is no longer the rich.From a bank's point of view,with the advancing marketization of interest rates,the competition among banks becomes fiercer and fiercer.In order to establish a new profit growth model,banks are paying more attention to the research and development and innovation of wealth management products.Since its inception,personal wealth management products have developed rapidly,showing a wide range of large demand,low risk,relatively stable returns and other characteristics,and gradually get the favor of our customers,but also gradually become an effective way for banks to increase profits.However,with the continuous development and innovation of wealth management products,many problems have also emerged in the marketing operation of wealth management products in commercial banks,which poses challenges to the sustainable development of the wealth management market.How to design more products to meet the needs of customers and improve marketing level,the study of marketing strategy is particularly important at this time.This paper first studies and studies the theories and literature related to marketing at home and abroad,explains the importance of product marketing theoretically,and lays the theoretical foundation for the later research.Secondly,it analyzes the marketing status of personal wealth management products in ShiJiazhuang branch of MinSheng Bank,and illustrates the advantages and disadvantages of the management and strategy of bank personal wealth management products marketing.Finally,the paper points out some problems existing in the marketing of personal financial products and some of the reasons,and on the basis of the corresponding problems,puts forward some targeted suggestions for improvement so as to promote the development of personal wealth management products business of MinSheng Bank in ShiJiazhuang Branch,Expand MinSheng Bank ShiJiazhuang Branch personal financial products market share,to achieve long-term,orderly development.
