Along with the reform of china's financial industry into the depths,the traditional deposits and loans business has been difficult to continue the rapid development of banking industry.Personal financial business has become a common pursuit of the new driver of growth.The market potential is huge,however,faced with a fierce competition.Bank A as a small and medium-sized municipal commercial bank,even though,develops relatively late in personal financial business,but have been successfully created a "Golden Hibiscus”financial business brand,because of the capacity of risk management,excellent invest management team,and its own geographical advantages.Occupies a seat in the personal financial product market.However,innegligible,as only three closed-end financial products,it was difficult to meet the increasingly diversified customer's needs at now,the richness of personal financial products have become a constraint of Bank A's personal financial business.This article hoping to innovative design a financing product,both to enrich the Bank A existing products system,but also to meet the diversified needs of investors.The article from the point of domestic bank's financial products market,comparative analysis of the market leader in the common financial products,as well as analyzing the SWOT of Bank A's personal financial business,and concluded it is necessary for Bank A to innovative design a open-ended personal financial products.On this design purpose,using the imitation of innovative strategies and econometric methods,collect the current financial products in the domestic investors can purchase the open personal financial products.Through SPSS multiple regression analysis,the paper analyzes the pricing factors of open personal financial products,and provides the empirical basis for the design of product model in this paper.In the process of specific design,this article from the product positioning,risk rating,investment direction,yield measurement,subscription redemption procedures,profit model analysis and so on,and ultimately determine the innovative design the "Chang Jing" series of open-ended non-guaranteed floating income-type financial products.The expected investment rate of return about 3.34%,much higher than the same period current deposit interest rate,bring benefits to investors,also fill the blank of open-ended personal financial products of Bank A,and improve the Bank A 's personal financial products richness.In the last paragraph of this article,analyzing the marketing program of "Chang Jing",to keep a good run of "Chang Jing" personal financial product in the market.
