With the advance of globalization,the telecommunications industry has become the most important impelling force in the information and the economy globalization through providing the rapid and quick communication facility.C hina has been more closely linked with the rest of the world since its reform and opening up.Particularly,after China joining WTO,the trend of global connection is more obvious.More and more companies are actively participating in international competition.Huawei Technology is just the earlier one who try its best to become internationalization enterprise.HUAWEI Technology Co,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "HUAWEI")was formally established in 1987,the headquarters is located in the Longgang district,Shenzhen province,C hina.It is specialized in the research,development,production and sales of communication network technology and products.This article is based on the international marketing theory as the main theoretical method.This paper adopts the method which is combining theory with practice,quantitative and qualitative analysis.The main structures of this article are as following.Chapter 1,introduce the background,meaning and methods;C hapter 2,introduce the relevant theoretical basis of international market;Chapter 3,analyze the international marketing environment of HUAWEI in detail,which using the SWOT analysis method;C hapter 4,Introduce HUAWEI's international marketing strategy;Chapter 5,put forward the suggestions on the problems that HUAWEI company has in international marketing;C hapter 6,show the research conclusion and the prospect of the future.
