As the new normal was deepened,the enterprise core competitive ability of special talent competition unprecedented,and has become an increasingly important role in the enterprise development process,the non-public enterprises,due to a late start,low technical starting point,business history is shorter,dividend policy difficult to fully release the difficulties,such as only in a\"joint ventures\" and public ownership enterprise competition and development in a hard squeeze,which prompted us to rethink the enterprise development the road to self-improvement,reengineering of enterprise core competitiveness.Non-public enterprise executive training as improve enterprise senior management personnel overall quality,developing human resources,improve the basic route of enterprise core competitiveness,has increasingly become the non-public enterprises improve the level of modern enterprise management,the basic consensus to construct the core competitive power of enterprises.This paper mainly studied the luoyang non-public enterprise executive training project management,to luoyang non-public enterprise executive training practice has carried on the objective description and deep analysis,application related training theory,analyzing the deficiency existing in the training work,low level,small scale,less innovation,slow development,according to the characteristics of the non-public enterprise executive training and luoyang to the development of non-public economy,non-public enterprise executive education come to the conclusion that:the course is too simple,the content is too theoretical,too structured to analyses and solve questions,not to grounding gas,single training form,credibility is not high,ignore the systemic and imitative,lack of effective evaluation system,etc.,and put forward to improve and optimize the non-public enterprise executive training work opinion suggestion,in order to better promote the department and the city's non-public enterprises to improve the overall level of training.In this paper,the non-public enterprise executive education work,from the perspectives of research field and observation on a certain innovative and research conclusion can also be related training institutions for the government and the vast majority of non-public enterprise organization training to provide some useful data support and theoretical reference,has certain practical significance.
