Research On The Optimization Of Governance Structure Of Shaanxi Ruisheng Company

Most Chinese private enterprises are family enterprises,in which all the major decisions are made among family members.Therefore,such decisions may be non-objective and non-scientific.In order to keep enterprises energetic and able to survive,it is of great importance to transform the original family administration into modern and effective administration structures.Being a typical family enterprise,Shaanxi Ruisheng Business Management Ltd(hereinafter referred to as company)now has lots of problems relating to decision making,staffing and management.The best solution will be adopting a modern and scientific administration structure.The research gives two solutions;the first solution is to respectively optimize its board of directors,supervisors and shareholders;second,to introduce a brand-new and professional management-In order to assure the implementation of the optimization of administration structure,the research also gives five supporting approaches in aspects of development,standardization,supervision,precaution and enterprise culture.As of the day when the thesis is proposed,the optimization plan given by the research has achieved fruitful results in Shaanxi Ruisheng Business Management Ltd;however,problems may be arose in the future,and some approaches need further discussion,including independent directors.
